- 2 feet clean cow, about 1,5 kg
- daun salam Indonesian bay leaf
- 3/4 cup shallot you can use big red onion **
- 9/16 cup garlic
- 3 red chili
- 2 candlenut
- 2 inches turmeric or 1 tsp powdered one**
- 2 inches ginger
- 15 teaspoons black pepper powder**
- 3 teaspoons salt or to taste**
- 2 teaspoons sugar or to taste**
- cooking oil about 5 Tbsp**
- 4 stock from pre cook the cow feet
- 1 lemongrass bruised white part
- 3 leaves pcs kaffir
- 1 slice spring onion
- rice Serve with, or cake rice
