The ingredient of Refreshing Smoothie With Watermelon
- 1 5/8 cups watermelon flesh
- 3/4 cup yoghurt coconut, or other alternative as preferred, plant-based or just regular
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- 5 teaspoons vanilla powder grounded, or 2 drips of vanilla essence, I use this one from Spice drips
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil optional but adds creaminess and make the smoothie a bit more filling suitable for a breakfast etc
