  2. 1 cup raw almonds coarsely chopped
  3. 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut I used Bobu2019s Red Mill
  4. 1/3 cup whole flaxseed I used Bobu2019s Red Mill
  5. 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds I used Bobu2019s Red Mill
  6. 3 tablespoons chia seeds I used Bobu2019s Red Mill
  7. 2 large egg whites
  8. 3/4 cup pure maple syrup I used Grade B, but A is also fine
  9. 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  10. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  11. 1/2 cup granola prepared
  12. 3/4 cup yogurt I prefer plain, full fat yogurt, but use what you like
  13. 1/2 cup blueberries or any fruit you prefer
  14. honey optional: a light drizzle of, or maple syrup
  15. chia seeds optional:, for garnish
