- 1/3 cup whole flaxseed I used Bobu2019s Red Mill
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds I used Bobu2019s Red Mill
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds I used Bobu2019s Red Mill
- 2 large egg whites
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup I used Grade B, but A is also fine
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup granola prepared
- 3/4 cup yogurt I prefer plain, full fat yogurt, but use what you like
- 1/2 cup blueberries or any fruit you prefer
- honey optional: a light drizzle of, or maple syrup
- chia seeds optional:, for garnish
