- 1 tablespoon oil u2013 I use vegetable or olive oil but you can use any healthier alternative like coconut oil etc.
- 500 grams chicken breast
- 1 onion small/medium
- 2 inches fresh ginger
- 4 garlic cloves
- sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper u2013 if you donu2019t like your curry too spicy only use a u00bc teaspoon.
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 8 tablespoons yoghurt natural
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 red chilli or a fresh green, u2013 again if you donu2019t like spicy curry use less chilli and make sure you deseed it as the seeds are whu2026
