  3. 1/2 cup raw cashews
  4. 3 garlic cloves
  5. 2 inches ginger piece, 25g, finely grated
  6. 1/4 cup sunflower oil plus extra to grease
  7. 2 1/16 cups yoghurt thick Greek-style
  8. 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
  9. 1 teaspoon seeds carom, from Indian food shops u2013 substitute with fennel seeds
  10. 3 teaspoons Garam Masala each, and ground cumin
  11. 1 cup creme fraiche
  12. coriander sprigs
  13. chopped tomatoes
  14. chaat masala
